Return & Refund Policy
1. Period of Notice
Either party may terminate the contract at any time by providing 30 days’ prior notice.
However, in cases of failure, inaccuracy, or breach of any clause in this agreement, the affected party may terminate the agreement with immediate effect, by issuing written notice.
2. Refund Process
Subscription cancellations require 30 days’ advance notice.
The Digitally Yours platform is self-serve, cancellations can be scheduled under the Billing section.
Monthly subscriptions: No refunds will be provided.
Quarterly and Half-Yearly subscriptions: Refunds will be processed on a pro-rata basis, after adjusting any fees applicable during the 30-day notice period.
